1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All ZEROCHU products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Hygiene First: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened intimate products unless defective.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery date

Damaged or Defective Items

We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or are defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for defective items.

Important: Warranty does not cover damages from improper use, excessive wear, disassembly, or unauthorized modifications.

Your order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the label shows "ZC Trading Co." - there is no mention of ZEROCHU, adult products, or any suggestive language on the packaging. Your privacy is completely protected from delivery personnel and anyone else who might handle the package.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item? +

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days at support@zerochu.com. Include your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs for verified defects.

How long does it take to process my refund? +

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 1-2 additional billing cycles, depending on your bank or credit card company. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Can I return an item if I've used it? +

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened intimate products unless they are defective. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. The only exception is for verified manufacturing defects, which are covered under our 1-year warranty.

What is covered under the 1-year warranty? +

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. This includes issues like battery failure, motor defects, or material flaws. The warranty does not cover damages from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper cleaning. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Do you ship internationally? Are there extra fees? +

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We cannot predict or control these charges.
